Through private coaching and small-group training designed to help navigate complex leadership challenges, workplace dynamics, and the mental load of being both a professional and a parent, people accelerate their success.
I’m fascinated with team and leadership development. As I began my corporate career, I remember the excitement I felt when I was invited to attend a one-week Stephen Covey “8 Habits of Highly Effective People” conference. I was honored, scared, intimidated, and super keen all at once! That experience sparked my interest in this topic for life. And I’m old enough to remember investing in dozens of personal development cassette tapes and CDs that I eagerly cracked open right out of the mailbox, much to my daughter's chagrin, who was forced to listen in the car.
Leaning into professional and personal development served me well in my 25 years in corporate, working for a Fortune 50 corporation and leading technical teams to deliver multi-million projects for billion-dollar brands. I broke barriers as the “first woman” in various leadership roles, enjoyed international travel, and built a vast network of colleagues over the years.
I’m thrilled to serve clients across the globe, and treasure my time in the 1000 Islands Region, my small-town main street office, and my greatest joys: daughter Danielle and embracing my favorite role as “Maimie” to granddaughter Ellie Shae.
