Each month, you'll receive actionable guidance and resources to clarify goals, reflect on feedback, and apply lessons directly to your life and work. Everything you learn will be directly linked to the 6 Anchors of Career Advancement framework.
Your sessions can take place in person at Shelli’s office or online via Zoom. Your sessions will be planned in advance. You’ll receive your session notes within 2 working days.
As your advisor, I will provide honest feedback, actionable insights, and unwavering support to help you overcome challenges and stay aligned with your goals. I’ll also challenge you to consider things from your boss's perspective.

Sessions are available in 3-month or 6-month programs.

60 minute session can take place virtually up to two times per month or in person at Shelli’s office in downtown Brockville.

Our coaching program is designed for individuals in non-unionized roles where participants have greater flexibility in career transitions and leadership development. As a result, it may not be the best fit for those currently working within unionized environments, where career progression is typically governed by collective agreements.

You’ll create a clear plan highlighting action steps to close your performance gaps, accelerate your strengths and advocate for your career aspirations.
You’ll apply new learnings, perspectives, and tools directly to your role and responsibilities.

The introductory price is $350 CAD per 60-minute session billed monthly via automated credit card processing or e-transfer.
Resources are available to share with your company for approval and/or reimbursement.
Receipts will be provided, and Shelli can become an approved vendor at your organization if needed.
